The acronym AWANA is from the first letters of “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed,” taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.
WHAT IS AWANA?
Awana is an international, non-denominational bible-based youth organization. It trains children and youth to know, love and serve Jesus through evangelism and discipleship.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Cubbies (ages 3 – PreK) – Children must be potty trained and turn 3 by Sept. 30.
Sparks (K-2nd grade)
T&T Girls (3rd-5th grade)
T&T Boys (3rd-5th grade)
Trek (6th-8th grade)
Journey (9th-12th grade)
WHEN DO WE MEET?
All clubs run during the school year.
Cubbies can access pre-recorded video lessons at any time.
Sparks, T&T and Trek meet on Wednesday nights.
Journey meets on Sunday nights at 6:00pm.
We will start the 2020-2021 year virtually (on-line) and will continue monitoring to determine when we will be able to meet in-person.
