Jill Jago is a director for The Castaways Repertory Theatre, an award-winning community theater troupe that performs in Woodbridge and the Town of Occoquan, Virginia.
Ms. Jago directed productions for Murder on the Nile for The Castaways and When Shakespeare’s Ladies Meet for Woodbridge Senior High School where she has also assistant directed Our Town and The Addams Family Musical.
In addition to directing, Ms. Jago has extensive experience as a costume designer having costumed fourteen performances for Woodbridge High, including Return to the Forbidden Planet, The WIZ, Seussical: The Musical, Little Women, and a steampunk version of Taming of the Shrew.
Ms. Jago is currently directing a new production of Taming of the Shrew for The Castaways which will premiere in the Town of Occoquan in late August.
Ms. Jago serves as a worship leader for Pathway Vineyard Church in Woodbridge. As a believer, Ms. Jago is excited to be involved in theater that will not only entertain but bring glory to God through its message.
